We have brought out High Quality, 98% Alumina, Titanium Dioxide thread guides, which are comparable to the best imported thread guides.

We have also developed 99.6% Alumina body which has the highest hardness 1800 to 2000 Vickers, Which approaches the theoretical hardness of 100% pure Alumina.

We give highly polished thread guides on functional portions, if so required by the customer. The polishing is done typically to 0.05-0.10 Ra micron, for unusual applications we can give a smoothness of 0.02 Ra microns.
About 500 varieties are readily available.
